Of Blane’s previous recent album “So New York,” Seattle PI wrote, "So New York is grand! The album is full of vintage jazz/pop aromas giving off tantalizing wisps of elusive familiarity similar to the heady music of the '40s and '50s. He has been a resident artist at Shrine in Harlem, NYC. It’s comprised of eleven songs in a retro 1960’s Pop-Rock style written and produced by Steven. He also produced an album, entitled “Sweet Dreams” which features eleven tracks of chill electro jazz-infused pop.
